  1. It's of Daging Sapi (saya pakai Tenderloin), diiris agak tipis.
  2. It's of Bawang Bombay, yg sudah dikupas & iris bulat.
  3. Prepare of Bawang Putih, yg sudah dikupas & cincang kasar.
  4. It's of Chopped Tomato Paste (merk San Remo).
  5. It's of Sour Cream (merk Yummy).
  6. It's of Greek Yoghurt Plain (merk Elle & Vire).
  7. Prepare of Air Kaldu Sapi.
  8. It's of Jamur Kuping secukupnya (saya skip).
  9. It's of Totole.
  10. It's of Gula Pasir.
  11. You need of Lada Hitam Bubuk.
  12. It's of Merica.
  13. You need of Paprika Bubuk.
  14. Prepare of Oregano.
  15. It's of Canola Oil.
  16. You need of Margarine.
  17. Prepare of Tambahan.
  18. Prepare of Daun Seledri secukupnya, yg sudah diiris tipis.
  19. You need of Keju Mozarella (optional) secukupnya, yg dipotong kecil.

Classic Russian Beef Stroganoff instructions

  1. Siapkan teflon (saya pakai happy call), panaskan minyak & margarine. Tumis daging bersama totole, paprika, merica, lada hitam selama 5 menit sampai kecokelatan lalu angkat & tiriskan..
  2. Tumis bawang putih & bawang bombay menggunakan minyak bekas tumisan daging sampai harum, lalu masukkan kembali tumisan daging. Beri bumbu lagi merica, lada hitam, totole kemudian aduk rata sambil koreksi rasa. Tuang air kaldu & tambahkan tomato paste lalu tutup happy call selama 20 menit atau sampai air kaldu agak meresap & daging empuk (buka tutup sesekali untuk aduk tumisan)..
  3. Tahap akhir, masukkan sour cream & greek yoghurt, lalu aduk rata kemudian tutup kembali sampai mengental sekitar 5 menit. Sebelum matikan api, koreksi rasa lagi..
  4. Lalu angkat & letakkan diwadah. Saat daging masih panas beri taburan daun seledri & potongan keju mozarella, supaya nanti akan meleleh dengan sendirinya..
  5. Sajikan bersama mashed potato atau pasta (lebih cocok jenis pasta yg tebal & lebar). Kalau saya dinikmati bersama Penne Aglio e Olio..
